Boulder Falls draws locals and tourists during the summer to its shady valley and shields them from the summer sun. The seventy foot drop of rushing water is sourced by the melting mountain snow and runs into Boulder Mountain Creek.

Several Boulder neighborhoods are available to choose from when purchasing a home in the area, and there is a choice to suit anybody’s preferences. Boulder Heights offers expansive mountain views and scenery with homes situated on acre large lots that are only minutes from the city. Mapleton Hill is Boulder’s most prestigious neighborhood and is located near open space and Pearl Street Mall.

Four Mile Creek is Boulder’s family friendly neighborhood and is ideal for commuters that use the freeway system on a regular basis. Chautauqua Heights offers a unique mixture of old and new homes and is a popular choice for artists, intellectuals, and culture enthusiasts.

University Hill is the location for the University of Colorado and is also home to many students. The area offers a variety of apartment complexes to meet the needs of students attending the university.
